Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
Returns After 30 Days
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted, unless otherwise required by law.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used, installed, or damaged products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or special-order products
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
