Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and Hawaii) and Mexico. Shipping to additional locations may be offered in the future.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Events beyond our control

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Lost or Damaged Package

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
